Our Indian Office is looking for a Delivery Manager.
Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience in managing delivery function for multiple projects in MS technologies, Experience of managing a team size of at least 100, Relationship Building with customers, colleagues and teams, Commercial savvy especially in sales support and customer visit handling situations, Customer Service Orientation, Developing teams, Drive and Initiative, Innovative approach in technical and managerial problem solving situations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Discussing future road-map with Clients and building long term relationship.
- Establishing Decos as Technology partner for Clients
- Customer relationship management, Responsible for Customer satisfaction.
- Establishing and ensuring Global best practices.
- Quality, Process and Technology management across projects.
- Ensuring target project revenue.
- Contract Renewal and account mining.
- Managing Project Managers.
- Handling escalation of issues from Project Managers.
