Job Description

As a Functional Consultant you are directly responsible for the implementation of our products at our resellers’ clients’ locations. The candidate’s primary responsibility is training and supporting the Decos certified Functional Consultants from our resellers. In addition, our candidate should feel confident and comfortable completing a successful implementation from kick-off meeting to functional design, to setting up the entire solution and training end users. 

 

As the Decos Functional Consultant, your professional region is the entire country and all verticals.  If you have the ability to listen to the needs of clients and translate their existing office process into new solutions, with the smart tools Decos provides, the opportunity for growth is endless.

 

Job requirements

We are looking for persons:

• with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree;
• with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in DMS, RMA, Case Management, BPM or CMS.
• who possess great personal skills
• are real team players
• who can empathize and understand the client’s situation
• who are pragmatic, assertive and hands-on
• experienced in software solutions
• who are travel ready for at least 50% of their time
• who will pass a thorough FBI background check due to federal and state government affiliations

Compensation

• $60,000-75,000 based on experience
• Compensation for benefits
• Cell phone allowance or cell phone
• 15 Days Paid Time Off
