The Decos Technology Group feels it is very important to contribute to the society to which we belong. We achieve this by means of the products we make, as well as through our own operational management. Here, we focus on the issues we feel very involved with at a personal level. The areas which we value most can be divided into people, planet and sponsoring.

This not only leads to the best results, but also creates high levels of enjoyment and enthusiasm amongst our staff when it comes to their work.

Decos feels it is simply logical for us to strive together to create a better environment. Our policy therefore focuses strongly on climate-neutral operational management. For example, our staff work in a completely paperless environment.

The Decos Technology Group is always very committed to what is going on in the region and sponsors many local initiatives which are carefully selected by a committee. All the organizations supported by Decos represent values within our society which Decos considers very important, such as innovation, commitment and teamwork.
