That is why Decos supports various sports events. The keywords team spirit, sportsmanship, drive and ambition are the cornerstones of the initiatives with which the Decos name is associated.

In 2010, Decos is sponsoring numerous sports initiatives, like the Noordwijk Volleybal Club Novo, Noordwijk Sports Gala, Noordwijk Hockey Club, SJC Noordwijk Football Club and Leiden Lions Hockey Club.

The keywords 'a good atmosphere', 'team spirit' and 'drive' are key elements in the sponsoring of the Noordwijk Novo volleyball club. The Novo volleyball club is an active association with almost 200 members, playing at various levels, from the third to the fifth division, from young to old and for competitive and recreational reasons. Besides, each summer the club organizes a large-scale beach volleyball tournament.

The SJC Noordwijk Football Club has more than 1,100 members, comprising 16 seniors and 32 junior teams that participate in various KNVB competitions weekly. The selection of the first teams is supported by the Business Club of SJC, a network of more than 50 local and regional companies, including Decos. In this way, Decos is able to contribute to the professionalism of the SJC club.
