WE ARE LOOKING FOR

C++ Developer with MFC experience

Must have competencies:

  • Experience C++ application development with MFC components
  • High proficiency in MFC and C++
  • Strong OOPs concept & foundation
  • Good understanding of design patterns & principles
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2019/2022 compiler
  • High proficiency with debuggers and profilers
  • Experience with remote application debugging
  • Experience with developing network/ distributed applications
  • Good reasoning and analytical skills

Technical Requirements (Good to Have):

  • Hands on experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience in Medical domain
  • Technical certifications
  • Experience of working with distributed agile teams in offshore/onsite model
Soft Skills (Must Have):
  • Excellent communicator
  • Positive attitude towards learning/challenges/team/etc.
  • Good team player/team leader/coach/mentor

Responsibilities:

  • Estimation, design & development of software application
  • Technical documentation
  • Adhering to Software Design and Development standards
  • Participating in code reviews
  • Customer communication for technical things on a daily basis
  • Adhere to architectural and coding guideline
