You can visit our website anonymously. Decos does not collect names or other information relating to the identity of visitors to this website. Statistical information for improving our website (such as number of visitors, search behavior, popular topics and navigation style) is collected. To this end, we use the IP address of your computer. This is a number automatically assigned to your computer when you access the internet. We do not link these IP addresses to identifiable information. In case you want to know more about our solutions, and provide us with your personal information, this data is stored and used to give you the best possible service.

Through our newsletters, we keep you informed about new developments, products and services. If you have signed up for our newsletter, you will receive an email that asks you to confirm your subscription. This is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by using the link at the bottom of each newsletter.
Besides our general newsletters, we offer several technical newsletters for application and system managers. These are used to inform you about our software updates and releases. Since it is of the utmost importance that application and system managers are kept up to date about the newest releases, we ourselves sign them up for this newsletter. In case you are the wrong recipient you can unsubscribe. It is necessary though that at least one person within your organization receives our technical newsletter.
When the collaboration between you and Decos intensifies, more personal data will be stored. We collect customer data on the lawful basis which is “Contractual agreement”. This allows us to install our solutions and provide our services. Of interested parties we collect only contact information for “legitimate interest”, so we can make personalized offers and give the best possible service. Of course, you can always get insight in your personal data stored in our databases.
Our marketing department regularly posts updates on our social media outlets, including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. Included in these posts may be photos and videos in which people are recognizable. When photos are taken or videos are shot, we always announce they will be used for marketing ends, and we ask for permission. If you find yourself in one or more of these photos or videos, and would rather not be in them, please let us know immediately. We will remove you from the post(s) in question.
