Reporting problems in the public space
With Fixi, citizens can report problems in the public space on their smartphone. The report is sent to the municipality, which can deploy employees in the field or assign other agencies to resolve the issue. The app keeps the resident up to date on the status of the reported problem. This makes municipal processes significantly more transparent for the citizen.
Fixi also provides a convenient interface to the JOIN case management system, since all reported issues are automatically stored there. The case management system creates a case as soon as a report has been created in Fixi. Since the app uses location information, employees can quickly see whether a report is being processed. In this way, the Fixi app ensures that your organization does not process reported problems twice.
