JOIN Mobile: work wherever you want

JOIN Mobile, Decos’ newest app, enables you to work wherever and whenever you want. Because we worked closely together with our customers while developing, the app flawlessly fits the needs of users. With JOIN Mobile, we help you optimizing your service to citizens by enabling you to wrap up cases sooner. Staff members will collaborate in a more efficient way, while at the same time shortening the communication lines between inhabitants and municipality. JOIN Mobile is a prime example of a smart digital solution that bridges the gap between citizens and municipality.

Case management and document management systems

JOIN is market leader in case management and document management systems (DMS). JOIN has streamlined the case-oriented work processes of over one hundred municipalities. About 400 additional organizations are using JOIN’s DMS to optimize internal collaboration. The JOIN case management system includes case types, agenda, meetings, decisions and digital signatures.

Client contact system

JOIN offers comprehensive solutions for client contact management as well. Because JOIN Client Contact System binds together all available data within your organization, client’s questions can quickly and easily be addressed.
