ConnectOne is a generic SaaS solution that automatically processes OLO and DSO messages in your existing VTH or case management system. ConnectOne is not only the standard DSO integration for JOIN, it also provides the solution for organizations using a different VTH or Case Management System and unsure if their application can be connected to the DSO by January 1.
ConnectOne is placed between the DSO and your current case management system or VTH application. Once you start processing a DSO application, ConnectOne takes the following actions for you:
- Requests related to each other are automatically bundled into a project, for better insight into the coherence and status of requests and documents.
- A case is created in your case management system or VTH application.
- The case number is fed back to ConnectOne.
- Application and case documents are seamlessly exchanged between your application and the DSO.
