Within large healthcare organizations, various interests come into play. With every choice, there's a balancing act between healthcare quality, finances, and external factors like laws and regulations. Moreover, different bodies need to be involved, such as the Employee Council or a client council. This complexity makes decision-making a intricate process.
The Entire Process in One System
To ensure that each decision is handled systematically, we've developed the Governance Decision-Making solution. In this JOIN module, the decision-making process is divided into fixed, customizable steps. For each step, stakeholders are informed, and all their actions and documents are added to the decision.
This approach stores all process steps in a clear and secure manner within one system, making the entire process transparent for all stakeholders.

SIX STEPS TO A DECISION
There are various approval routes that can be configured,
but every decision always goes through these steps:
1. PROPOSAL CREATION
Drafting a proposal comprising different sections and attachments.
2. Seeking advice
Optional: Seeking advice from colleagues and adding or modifying information.
3. PROPOSAL EVALUATION
A supervisor approves the proposal; otherwise, it goes back to step 1.
Executives indicate whether they approve the proposal (proceed to step 6) or want to discuss it.
5. AGENDA INCLUSION
The proposal is added to the agenda, for instance, via JOIN Agenda Management.
6. DECISION LIST
A decision list is generated and added to the case.
