Reporting issues is straightforward for staff and students using the Fixi platform. This can be done through our iOS and Android app or the web application Fixi.nl.
2. PROMPT AND EFFICIENT RESOLUTION
Incoming reports can be easily (automatically) assigned to the appropriate team or handler. They always have the work queue at their fingertips, including location, contact information, and more.
3. KEEPING THE REPORTER INFORMED
The reporter is proactively updated on the status of their report. When the issue is resolved, the reporter can evaluate the resolution, ensuring that service quality is monitored in real-time.
