Additionally, various bodies need to be involved, such as the Works Council (OR) or a student council. This complexity makes decision-making a intricate process.
The entire process in one system
To ensure that every decision is systematically managed, we have developed the solution for administrative decision-making. In this JOIN module, the decision-making process is divided into fixed, configurable steps. Each step informs the involved parties, and all their actions and documents are added to the decision.
This way, all process steps are systematically and securely stored in one system, making the entire process transparent for all stakeholders.

SIX STEPS TO A DECISION
Various approval routes can be configured, but in every decision,
you always go through these steps:
1. PROPOSAL CREATION
Create a proposal, consisting of various sections and attachments.
2. SEEK ADVICE
Optionally: seek advice from colleagues and add or modify information.
3. PROPOSAL REVIEW
A supervisor approves the proposal; if not, it goes back to step 1.
Board members indicate whether the proposal is approved (moving to step 6) or if they want to discuss it.
The proposal is scheduled, for example, through JOIN Agenderen.
6. DECISION LIST
A decision list is created and added to the case.
