A report is easily made with the Fixi platform. The reporter is kept informed directly of the action taken.
Incoming reports are easily assigned to the correct handler. The handler sees the work required in Fixi and can keep the reporter directly informed.
The development started with a pilot at different municipalities in the Netherlands, such as Hollands Kroon, Stichtse Vecht and Hoekse Waard. During these intensive collaborations, we looked at the needs of the users. This way, we ensured that Fixi has the most efficient way of reporting and handling issues.
Every day we are in contact with our users through for instance customer events and are we constantly working on optimizing our platform.
The processes in Fixi are completely digitized, from reporting an issue until the issue handling. By means of the website and application for mobile and tablet is all the information at your fingertips and can everything be updated at every moment.
Residents are always up-to-date with Fixi. The residents receive a notification and an e-mail when an issue is handled. If there are any questions, the handler can be contacted.
The interactive dashboard of Fixi allows acting in a pro-active manner using prior issues.
The dashboard provides a visual overview of all issues per category, region, team, and handler. Trends will be visible, which come in useful for future countering of traffic, road infrastructure issues, firework disturbance or storm damage.
Fixi provides a clear overview of all the handled issues, even if they are handled by external parties.
By adding contractors as teams in Fixi, it allows them to take on issues directly. No worries: contractors only see issues that are assigned to them. It is also possible to set issues via e-mail.
We continuously develop new integrations that involve external suppliers. It makes it possible to for instance map every street light and forwards these issues to the suppliers.
Fix operates entirely in the cloud. Therefore, you always have the latest version and are implementations within one day.
Data is saved in a safe cloud environment with the right SSL-certificates. Naturally, back-ups are made to ensure that your data is safe.
